CIGP advised the shareholders of Mancino Vermouth, the fast-growing premium vermouth brand, in selling a majority stake to the renowned Italian amaro and spirits group, Lucano 1894. The transaction aims at providing Mancino Vermouth with new support and expertise in further continuing its success story, while broadening the product line of Lucano 1894 especially on the on-trade channel.

Mancino Vermouth is the business idea of world-renowned barman and entrepreneur Giancarlo Mancino, who created a premium vermouth brand which rapidly became a must-have in the best bars, hotels and restaurants around the world.

This transaction sets an important achievement for Mancino Vermouth and its founder Giancarlo Mancino, as well as the beginning of an important partnership with the Vena Family, owners of Lucano 1894, based on common values, ambitions and Lucanian roots.
